Join us for a Barn Dance featuring the local band Smith County Line!

Do you have an old junker that can make it around our dirt track? Enter it for a chance to WIN!
Junk Car Race Rules:
Must have a fire extinguisher
Must have all seat belts
All stock parts on vehicle
Side glass must be removed, or windows down
There is a $50 registration fee to enter to race. The winner will receive 50% of the total pot and the other 50% will be donated to the charity (Sharon Shriners.)
Compete in our 2019 Pecan Pie Contest for a chance to WIN half of the entry pot (50% to winner and 50% donated to charity,) a plaque, and BRAGGING RIGHTS!
The entry fee is $20 and your pecan pie must be homemade and be brought ready-to-serve by 11am on Saturday, September 28.
The Sharon Shriners have generously donated their time to offer FREE Clown Train Rides! This is fun for the whole family…the kids will definitely love it!
Compete in our 2019 Chili Cook-Off for a chance to WIN half of the entry pot (50% to winner and 50% donated to charity,) a plaque, and BRAGGING RIGHTS!
The entry fee is $20 and your chili must be brought ready-to-serve by 11am on Saturday, September 28. We suggest bringing your chili in a crock pot so that it can stay warm until judging in complete.
The 6th Annual Bull Nettle Festival kicks off Friday, September 27, with David Allen & The Drifting Outlaws! Join the awesome folks of Mt. Selman, who put this local festival together each year, for a Barn Dance to help raise money for the Sharon Shriners.

Cherokee Family MC - Poker Run!
The Poker Run will start at 10am so please arrive early to pay the $10 entry fee and collect your destination sheet to participate.
You can be in any type of vehicle to participate in this event, not just motorcycles.
There will be 4 stops on the route and participants will start and end at the Bull Nettle Festival. You MUST have someone sign your destination sheet at each of the stops to qualify for a 5 card poker hand at the end of the event.
Once all participants have returned and received their cards, the person with the best poker hand wins.
The winner will receive 50% of the pot. The Cherokee Family MC will donate the other 50% to our 2019 charity, the Sharon Shriners.
